Wasn't expecting the twisting edges to make this much difference, but the intensity builds with every movement. The bold spiral texture is definitely on the stronger side, so I'd say it's for when you actually want that max-stimulation feel.
The spiral ridges hit way harder than I expected, especially near the top where the edges twist. Took me a minute to find the right angle, but once I did the intensity was unreal.
