Wasn't sure about the whole press-and-rub thing at first, but those densely packed protrusions really do press against you in a way stroking never did. The sensation builds slowly and ends up way more intense than I expected.
The densely packed protrusions inside really do press against you when you squeeze it, which makes it feel way more intense than a plain stroke. Took me a minute to figure out the pressing technique, but once I did the continuous stimulation was worth it.
